Garlic and Herb Marinade

- Yield: 8 servings
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup corn oil
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Durkee® Garlic And Herb Seasoning
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts OR fish fillets OR peeled & deveined shrimp
- Combine water, oil, lemon juice and seasoning in a shallow container. Add chicken and marinate, refrigerated, for at least one hour.
- Remove chicken; discard marinade. Grill for 16 to 20 minutes over direct heat, turning once, until cooked through. Or, broil or bake as desired.
