Asian Barbecue Glaze Recipe
- Yield: 1 1/2 cups
Ingredients
- 8 fluid ounces corn syrup, dark
- 2 fluid ounces soy sauce
- 4 fluid ounces ketchup
- 2 tbsp Durkee® Barbecue Rub, Sweet
- 1 tsp Durkee® Ginger, Ground
- 1/4 tsp Durkee® Red Pepper, Crushed
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute to blend flavors.
- Brush over grilled chicken, pork chops, flank steak or shrimp the last 5 minutes of cooking. Serve with extra glaze.
