Blackened Tuna Salad Recipe

Ingredients
- 8 tuna steaks, 4 ounces each
- 2 tbsp Durkee® Blackened Seasoning
- 2 tbsp butter or cooking oil
- 1 1/2 lb salad greens
- 6 oz (1 cup) mandarin oranges, drained
- 2 oz red onions, sliced
- Salad dressing as desired
Directions

Coat tuna steaks in seasoning.
Heat butter or cooking oil in heavy skillet or grill. Cook tuna 3 to 4 minutes per side or until fish is at least medium rare.
- Top salad greens with oranges and onions. Serve shingled tuna steak on top. Excellent with a raspberry poppyseed or honey mustard dressing.
