Grilled BBQ Shrimp with BBQ Remoulade Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
BBQ Remoulade Sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup minced red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup minced green onion
- 2 tbsp prepared mustard
- 4 tsp ketchup
- 4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Durkee® Barbecue Rub, Sweet
Shrimp
- 3 lb shrimp, 21-25 count, uncooked, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
- 2 tbsp Durkee® Barbecue Rub, Sweet
Directions
- Combine all BBQ Remoulade Sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
- Toss shrimp, olive oil and 2 tablespoons seasoning in a bowl until shrimp is well coated. Grill over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes, turning once, until shrimp is cooked through and has turned pink. Remove from heat and serve with BBQ Remoulade Sauce.
