Pasta A La Luscious Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pound pasta: bow tie, fettuccini OR other
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 oz (1/2 cup) zucchini, 1/2-inch dice
- 2 oz (1/2 cup) red peppers, 1/2-inch dice
- 1 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup Durkee® Garlic Romano Sprinkle
- To taste Durkee® Black Pepper, Cafe Grind
Directions
- Cook pasta to al dente. Drain.
- Melt butter in large skillet. Sauté zucchini and peppers for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add cream. Bring to a low boil and cook until sauce has been reduced in half. Pour over pasta, add seasoning and toss gently. Garnish with black pepper. Serve immediately.
