Six Pepper Honey Glazed Pork

- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon style mustard
- 2-3 lb pork tenderloin
- 1 tbsp Durkee® Six Pepper Blend
- Combine honey and mustard. Rub on surface of pork tenderloins. Sprinkle with six pepper blend.
Roast at 350°F for 45 minutes or until internal temperature is at least 155°F. Let pork rest for 10 minutes. Slice into medallions.
